About Colin
Colin Cosgrove, based in Dublin, is a seasoned Leadership Coach and AI Governance expert with over 17 years of experience in the global multinational tech sector and an Irish tech start-up. Most recently a Senior Business Leader at Google, Colin has driven transformational business growth strategies globally and coached leaders and teams from diverse backgrounds amidst challenging regulatory environments.
In his last role, Colin was responsible for leading Google’s compliance response to the EC Shopping Directive in 2017 and helped lead the roll out of Google’s first AI Ads product, Performance Max, ensuring compliance with the Digital Markets Act (EC legislation).
Since founding Movizmo Coaching Solutions, Colin has established himself as a recognised voice in AI and Coaching, delivering thought leadership programs and compliance trainings for professional bodies including EMCC, ICF and the Association for Coaching. In 2025, he published *“The Call to Action for Coaching and Supervision”* in the ANSE Journal, exploring AI literacy, compliance and ethics under the EU AI Act, a landmark contribution to the emerging field of responsible AI in coaching.
An alumnus of the Irish Management Institute Executive programme and an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach, Colin is passionate about enabling others to succeed.
